[Chrysler300] 1966 Chrysler 300 Tilt Telescope Steering Wheel

I purchased a steering column from a (I think) 1966 300 from a 300 Club member last year. I'm just now getting it ready to use. The steering wheel needs repairs at the top and bottom, with a 1/4 inch gap in the outer rim and an overall rough texture. The wheel rim needs to be refurbished/rebuilt. My hope is to find out from all you 300 "Xperts" what to do. To replace it with a good used replacement, or send mine some where to be rebuilt. It is a horizontal two bar, wheel with the horn activation in the center of each arm. The steering has an adjusting ring for the Telescope (in and out) in the center. There is a lever on the side for the up and down. I also need the "center" emblem of the wheel. The wheel rim I have is Black with chrome arms and horn activation. I will consider any color rim available. My interior color is "Citron".
 
It is my hope to find a "Good" replacement wheel, for the outside rim. I also need the "Center cap" inside the "Telescoping collar". Hopefully a complete replacement.
 
Also, I need recommendations on someone that can rebuild/repair my steering wheel.
