hi gang howard beach queens under water.  iwas lucky to be on high  ground. 
except for tree going through my bebroom window. 300 is ok. hundreds of  
houses and cars lost. national guard is patroling. some looting going on.   
unlocked and loaded.  joe luciano. howard beach  n.y
