The switch has to be grounded to work properly
Perhaps that is your problem.

Does anyone out there have any experiance with someone who works on wiper
motors ? I have 5 56 Chrysler wiper motors that run but will not park----I
had a guy here in Akron work on one but had no success--in the past, I have
been able to get some of the 6 V motors to park properly but I am tired of
working on these----I would be interested in a used motor that works
properly also--------THANKS-----Johnnie Slayton
