Niels;
You might want to check the brake pedal pushrod adjustment.
If you changed the Master Cylinder, this clearance could be off enough to give you that feeling. The brake pedal is not pushing deep enough into the master cylinder to fully apply.

The car has a disc brake conversion from AAJ and everything works on it but
I am not able to get a hard brake point at the pedal and  it feels like pushing the pedal
into something like butter!  It is not possible to get  the tires blocking even with the pedal
putting down untill the firewall!

There is of course no air in the brake hoses!!
Has some body had the same problems?

Has anybody an idea what to do or what can help?
A friend of mine suggested changing the standard hoses to steel flex hoses.
