[Chrysler300] 300B questions: Correct color of paint for tranny cooler and gas tank strap question.

Hello to all.

    Can anyone please advise me on the correct color for the tranny cooler and is there a spray can color that is useable/accurate.   I don't want to take the cooler to a paint shop for this type of small job.

    Gas tank strap question.   Is there anyplace that makes gas tank straps for the 1956 300B.    My searches have proved futile and I haven't found a good source (yet) for decent used straps.
