The tilt column in my 65 was made by GM . I bought a new switch at fall Carlisle from Hubbard's GM and here is a link to a chebie site where you can download the entire service manual for the Comfort Tilt column. I used a block of wood cut down and inserted into the "shell" to remove it, using a slide hammer and some dry wall screws inserted into the wood. Our lower bearing is slightly different than the GM bearing however, I bought the GM bearing kit hoping to use it and found when I got home it was different. http://www.chevytalk.org/fusionbb/showtopic.php?tid/243822/ Jamie Hyde [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylangYahoo!
