[Chrysler300] power steering fluid spray

I took the K 4spd for another shake down cruise today, for the purpose of breaking or leaking close to home.
 
I wound up reseting dual points, timing and carb idle.  Much better.     But, I noticed fluid sprayed on the drivers side of air cleaner, under hood, drivers inner fender and such.   hmmmm.
 
I rubbed it on my fingers, it was red.  Wow! Probably p.s.fluid.
 
The high pressure hose was twisted and rubbing on the return hose above the pump.  I will need to route hoses so they are seperate.   Fortunately no fire!!
 
Is there a way to test h.p. hose for leaks?
