[Chrysler300] Mirrormatic

I have a mirrormatic mirror that I intend to instal to my 300F. Some questions that I hope members more knowledgeable than me can answer. First, my unit doesn't have the silvered glass and I wonder if the glass is available either NOS or as a repro.  Or do I need to get a glass supplier to cut me a piece to size.

Second question is how does the glass get attached to the metal plate?  Is it glued, clipped, etc.

Third question is that my unit has only one wire coming from it.  I assume this is a power source.  Any suggestions where I could get power for this?
