What is the LOBE SEPARATION ANGLE  (LSA)?

I have chosen the Comp cam for the 413/360 hp rebuild.  It has a 106.0 centerline, duration @.050: intake 218 and exh 224.

The gross valve lift is : int .462 and exh .470.    Is this too much for the stock engine?  Will the lift be to great that valves will hit pstons?
