two things I thought of are regarding tires.
I have experienced 1- when my car sat for a long time on the steel radial tires a kind of flat spot which caused a vibration. also 2- once the belting had become out of line or loose and caused a vibration. The condition was continuous but also very pronounced during braking.
About flex lines I had a similar situation where the braking was erratic. As in pulling either left or right with some vibration. After very much work it was determined that the rubber inside the flexible line had swollen over time (causing a partial and varying amount of blockage) which had caused the erratic stopping and vibration as well.

Could be any of the following:
- air or dirt in your brake lines (usually in the flexible lines)
- warped drums
- loose bearings
- worn ball joints and/or bushings in front end suspension
