[Chrysler300] 392 Hemi Question

Which direction does the distributor rotor in a hemi rotate; clockwise or
counter clockwise? I need to advance the timing on my 300D, but the
distributor cap clip is hitting on the intake manifold, preventing the
distributor's rotation. Bill Huff suggested moving the plug leads in the distributor
cap one position over, but for the life of me, I can't figure out whether
to move the leads one position clockwise or counter clockwise. Terry
