RJ has the interest for putting together a 300 calendar but to do it right feels that the cost would be $30-$35 per copy. He thinks that there would have to be a run of 500 in order to bring the price in at that figure and doesn't feel the market is there. He has nice photos of every Letter Car but not of the Hurst. Unless there is the commitment for this volume it would be a losing proposition for him and the Club if they should get financially involved. I speak for him since he is not on the list-server as a member and is extremely busy with Kern-Photo when not traveling for Lockheed-Martin. Plus the item is time sensitive and with a definite shelf-life. To RJ's credit he will not do a project unless it is first rate as all of you that have benefitted from his photography work will agree. 300'ly, Rob Kern From: Bill Leahy Sent: Monday, December 06, 2010 6:23 PM To: rob kern ; Chrysler 300 Club International Subject: Fwd: [Chrysler300] calendars??? dr rob i would bet your son has enough cool 300 photos to put together a calendar. or has he already done that? advise us. thanks, billllllllll leahy in the great state of snowy washington as we e-speak.
