Hi Matt,
If you are looking for an original part it's a very hard to find Item.
Gary Goers does have them in his catalog.  I believe that he makes them. Item # 452.

  I am in need of the plastic clip that holds the thick horizontal Throttle 
  Linkage Rod to the bracket that lives on the top bolt of the transmission
