I'll check with NAPA and see what they carry locally. The 300G has a fairly long run of vacuum hose to the tank under the fender. Thanks for the input! Bob J. They are made differently. A pressure hose, such as a heater hose made to carry hot water under pressure, will soon collapse when a vacuum is applied. I thought I had a score by saving my Father-in-laws oxygen (pressure) hoses, but soon found out that even as small as they were, they sucked shut in a vacuum application. A local NAPA store then supplied correct "vacuum" hose which hasn't given me an issue since 1993. All right folks, time's awasting! This Meet will be a good'un, don't miss it! Registrations are in your anxious hands, so lets get those Meet Registrations in soon, give poor Gloria a break and don't wait 'til the last few days.
