[Chrysler300] Electric fuel pumps

If anybody ever wondered why their accelerator pump leathers got inside 
out, it's from pumping the gas trying to fill dry carbs.  Took many kits 
before I figured this out.  Hope this saves someone from this modern 
frustration.
