Brian and All:
The 300F has a black top well and a black cover (boot).  No matter  what 
the outside color of the top was, the interior was an off white/light  gray 
and the top bows and linkage were a similar color---Nickel Gray,  Chrysler 
color number C-5192-B, Ditzler (PPG) code # 31985.  The light  colored top 
interior is hard to find, at least in my experience.
