I just wanted to thank everyone for there input as to my electrical 
problems. I have put new fuses in the fuse box and the rear air
is woking now. Oddly enough the wipers have always worked.
 I followed some wires and I have come to the conclusion 
whoever owned this car before me was a Butcher by trade
 there is what seems to be a kill switch under the dash with a red wire
going to the kick panel . this is just very time consuming in the 
100 degree las vegas sun.
