Paul,

 

Make sure it is the heater core that is leaking and not the heater control
valve.  Also, does your car have AC?  .

I noticed my heater core is starting to leak in my G. Before I tear
everything apart this weekend, does anyone have any helpful sugestions or
things to avoid before I get started?
