[Chrysler300] 300F Speedometer

Using this method will probably free the shaft to the speedometer but will do nothing for all the mechanism of the odometer.  All of the bearings and even the shaft that the number wheels turn on can be dry a still cause problems such broken parts.  Disassemble needed to lube the rest of mechanism.
