My 62 H has it on the rear glass, bottom passenger side, and Yes, only 1 sticker.

So when did Chrysler _start_ putting the Airtemp stickers on the A/C 
cars? And is my recollection correct that they were always placed on 
the the most rearward side glass, and only one sticker on the right side 
of the car?
