Hi to all and thank you to those who attempted to identify these 2 NOS pipes. Jeff Miklas wins a trip to Pittsburgh, PA for identifying the Mystery Pipes as ram heat tubes for a 426 hemi. Pictures displayed at: http://gallery.me.com/awrdoc#100075 > I have an R/T and a GTX with 426 Hemi engines. Those pipes look VERY much > like the intake manifold heat tubes that run from the rear of the intake > to the right side exhaust pipe. The Hemis had no heat passage like the > single and in-line dual 4 barrel 413's so they went back to the ram heat > tube as such! > > You could look at an on-line catalog from Year One or Accurate LTD and > they probably have a photo of those tubes to which to compare. > > Jeff Miklas Thanks, Tony Rinaldi ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/Yahoo!
