Re the deck lid "spare tire" (at the moment I can't remember the correct title of this feature) on McClelland's "F" is quite a bit different than mine. That aspect of my trunk lid has no paint ring inside the chrome, as Dave's does. I don't believe there is even a flat area (like Dave's) that could have been painted. Any explanations for the difference?
