It might be difficult if it's a 'custom-fit' set of wires, since on the 426 hemi the distributor is in the front and tilted over to the passenger side of the car while on the 392 it is in the middle at the rear of the engine

On a Chrysler 300 D Hemi engine can I use 426 Plug wires?
I really like the extra sealing part built on the plug wire where it goes in to the Hemi valve cover.
Do you know anybody that changed or updated their spark plug wires?
