Received this inquiry from a guy named Jack. ++++++++ Hi Bob; How would one go about finding out if two Chryslers from ones past were still alive and well? I don't have the VINs. Car 1, is a 1958 Chrysler 300D convertible, black paint, black top. and Car 2, is a 1960 Chrysler 300F convertible, black paint, black top. Both of these cars were purchased new from Hartwin Motors of Greenfield, Mass. by Norman Eber of West Deerfield, Mass. and both cars were registered in New Hamshire as he owned a paper mill there. The cars had a vanity license plate with his initials NE. Norman only had the 300F for 2 or 3 months when he died in his sleep of a massive heart attack June 8, 1960. His wife sold the car to someone near Cincinnati that sold supplies to the paper mill. ++++++++++++++++++ Perhaps someone in the club has one of these cars or knows about them. if so, give a holler and I'll connect you with Jack.
