[Chrysler300] 300D Power Steering Hose

Hello, all.  I am the new owner of a 300D, and brand new to the club/group.  The 300D is my "newest" old car; I also have a '35 Chrysler Airflow, '48 Town & Country, and a '50 Dodge Coronet Club Coupe.

So my 300D emits noise and vibration from the engine compartment upon startup; it diminishes as things warm up but is always present at low levels at just the right engine speed.  Sometimes the vibration is felt in the steering wheel.  After some poking around, I have come to believe that it is coming from the high pressure power steering hose!  It sure vibrates at the metal "fitting" which is in approximately the middle of the hose, and it transmits that noise/vibration through the hose to the ps unit.  I searched the archives and it seems that this can be a problem, and that the "fitting" might be a restricter/reducer or some such thing. The previous owner had replaced the hose, probably a NAPA part or similar.  Do you folks know where I can obtain the right hose, and can you confirm that I'm on the right track?  I have zilch power steering experience as I don't work on my daily driver and my other cars are a bit too old for "modern" things like power steering!
