Doug,
If you have the original, you can have it rebuilt. I took mine to my local NAPA shop. They reused the correct ends and installed new hose. It's an exact fit. They dressed the coupling ends for a good tight seal. The only difference is the new hose doesn't have the fabric covering.

Can anyone help with a source for an ac hose for?my H? 

The part # is 2219127, it's 18&7/8" long, 3/4" o.d.?and has 3/4"-16 threads. 

It's the hose that goes from the muffler to the condensor tube.
