           I also had a bad experience with them.  I gave them the cable
assembly that ties back the rear rails on a convertible top. to
duplicate. I needed 4 for my Fs and I thought it would be a nice item
for all convertible owners. After over two years and numerous excuses,
including that they sent the old one back to me they stated that they
would look in the shop again. Prior to three years ago, the service was
great and the products were also. Something happened that changed the
whole dynamic of the company.

I recently ordered a tach cable from them and had been told I would have
it in 5 days and it took 3 weeks. I got the same kind of story. Not
fatal but annoying.

I ordered and paid for new 413 motor mounts from Imperial Services 
in October 2008. Not yet delivered. Every time I contact them they 
say "in a couple of weeks".

Anyone else have any feed back or done business with them?
