Exactly the same thing happened to me.? I called and questioned them and they 
said to send it back for a refund.? The reason for the problem is that there is 
no picture of the cap we bought, so we assume "without valve" means "without 
hole".

I went to this site and found part #533761 for a cap for models without a
valve on the cap and part # 1558140 for models with a valve on the cap. 
I ordered # 533761 and received a cap with a 5/16th broached hole in the
center of it.  By the description of the part I expected it to have a
solid top.  
 
I called the company and they informed me that both caps have a hole in
the center but of a different size.  I am writing to inform the group
that these parts are not direct replacements for the Chrysler version.
