  as well equipped as this car is (and with documentation) I wouldn't say
  it is wrong without doing more research. 
  Attached, hopefully, you should find an very nice example of a
  '57 New Yorker with the fender ornaments. I actually owned a '57 New 
  Yorker one time with this option.
