Louis and our Left coast friends; Hope the fires die before they get there and y'all are OK. Maybe remove the cul-de-sac, plant short grass, and pave a 100 foot wide ring road around al the houses. That may stop any fires and double as a test track for "the boys". We all hope it works well for you and doesn't require a call to Hagerty. Ray On Oct 15, 2008, at 8:52 AM, Louis M. At 12:30 AM Tuesday morning, they came over the loudspeaker requesting voluntary evacuation. We were told that the fire was 2 ridges over. We stayed but did not sleep the rest of the night and kept the TV on (We had constant coverage!). Yesterday was quiet and clear in our neighborhood but today there is smoke in the air. It?s not over yet. The boys are gassed up and ready to roll. Hagerty has been paid. Ready, set??. Louis M.
