Ron. You don't need to remove the windshield. The way I usually do it is install the 2 bottom bolts first, but tread them about half way so you can still insert the dash bottom tabs/bracket on them. It's sometimes a tight fit , the tabs have to be fairly straight to ease insertion. With the dash tilted towards you, insert the tabs in the bottom bolts and then push the dash assembly up against the upper attaching plates and try to put the upper screws in place to hold the dash assembly in place. Space is a little restraint because of the windshield but you should be able to put the upper mounting screws with a small ratchet. Sometimes the area around the windshield side post(A pillar) is also a tight fit and a little tab bending there might be necessary. Also check your under dash round braces as they can interfere during installation and make sure they are all accounted for. Hope this helps, good luck! It is not going in as easily as it came out. Do I have to remove the windshield? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.
