Alan..From the recommendation of the local transmission guy, we replaced the transmission cable on the H trying to stop a leak. That wasn't the problem, but I got my cable from:. Atlas Obsolete motor parts 41745 Elm Street #103 Murrieta CA 92562 (951) 461-9005 The leak was the pan. I switched (don't kill me guys---I still have the original) to an aluminum trans pan and I haven't dropped one drop of trans fluid since. Just my 2cents worth. I'm looking for a speedometer cable for my 1962 Chrysler 300 Sport Convertible. The vinyl on mine has been scuffed or nicked and leaks tranny fluid. Would appreciate info on source to get replacement. I enjoy reading everyones email and see lots of good information sharing.
