[Chrysler300] 71 Horn Relay for my 70 Hurst

Hi group,

I need a horn relay for my Hurst, but the ones listed at various auto parts stores don't match the one in my car (4 terminals).

 

I tried looking up the horn relay for 1971, and it looks like a perfect match, but is unavailable.

 

Has anyone gotten around this already and can enlighten me?
