If it's like a 62 it could have just a 4 blade. I have a 413 stamped S 41 HP and the date. No A/C with a 4 blade fan.
I just purchased a 1962 300 Sport coupe, 3 speed manual transmission with a 413  with Dealer installed Chrysler A/C stamped S41 HP and a date a seven blade fan, "H" radiator and the same compressor that's in both my "H"'s. Both the sport engines had a single 4 barrel carb. 

I believe the seven blade was for a A/C equipped engine.

  Questions for all of you K guys out there.
  A friend just purchased a 64 sport convertible and I think that it has the non-ram K engine.
  The block is stamped V41, date, & HP.
  The single Carter 4bbl is #3674S.
  If this is a K engine, did it come with an 7 blade fan and fan clutch? It currently has a 4 blade fan with no clutch.
  Does anyone know of a source for the choke mechanism that fits in the intake manifold?
