Hi Mark: The only problem with those dimples is that on a 300H convertible, they show up behind the 3/4" sheet of plywood that supports the back of the rear seats. So how does one deal with that other than having to make some holes of some sort to let the belts access the correct anchor points? These dents are visible when you remove the back seats. They are on the angled panel that faces toward the sun visors. Does that make sense? If you have sound deadening spray on your floor it might be difficult to find those dents. When you install the belts, it's a good idea to use very large diameter washers on the outside to distribute the load and reinforce the anchor point.
