RE: [Chrysler300] news-flite E-mail???

Long time members are indeed fortunate to have the personal contacts,
personal experience and crates of documents in the garage, attic or
basement.  In order to attract and retain new members it would be
appropriate to put as much of the club's archived materials in a searchable
database.  That would benefit new and old members.  Certainly, in this club,
members need to be involved in any transition and given the choice of snail
mail, e-mail, website search or all of above.

We must all realize this will not happen by itself.  Considerable volunteer
and paid labor will be required to implement any major change.  Shall we
enter the 21st century with our 20th century cars and members?  I hope so.

What Ray mentions below would be a good candidate for inclusion on the
club's website. If anyone wants to read this info, it could be available
online and downloadable as a PDF. I realize that a percentage of our club's
members are not online. But chances are that they've already received this
info. Also, any new members joining that are not online could access the
website via a work computer (if allowed), public library or
friend/relative's computer.
