Have at it, 300Boys.  I'm glad mine is there and in good shape.  $200
opening bid for NOS in the brown wax paper wrapper seems stiff, but
Walgreen's is fresh out of them.

BTW, I've always thought the design of that unique piece was underdone.  I
feel that piece should wrap around the front of the fender and back along
the side.  They even could have done a little bumper tip surround as is done
at the rear.  As is, it looks kind of incomplete and undone.  Other than
that I think the styling and trim of the C-300 is just right.

confirms the part number listed is correct for this piece and Yes they are 
the same for '55 & '56. ( I hope I've not ignited too hot a bidding war.)
