Pull the motors off and have them rebuilt or risk burning them up.
The armatures need cleaned up and the shaft lubed.
All the juice in the world wont make them turn very fast if they need new 
brushes and have filthy contacts
Any place that rebuilds electric motors should be able to do this.
Also check the condition of all your wires and connections. Corroded 
terminals and wiring that has been subjected to a lot of moisture will pull 
a ton of amps also.
