On most topics, we could truly reduce the noise level if members would follow the standard email etiquette of using the REPLY ALL on RARE OCCASION (only when sharing additional knowledge that ALL on the list should read). Instead use the REPLY (to sender only) for your agreements/disagreements, casual comments or like the shameful flames we just received. To me the problem is not that a member brought up a subject that was already discussed. If everybody that read about this subject the first time, just ignored the redundant message - there could only be one extra email! I take more offense with the many Reply All comments wasting our time. Oh . and we've discussed car auctions way too many times, can we stop hearing about these? (Just kidding, merely my opinion on this repeated topic.)
