I would like to mention one thing pertaining to safety that I forgot to mention in my previous post about the electric fuel pump installation on my 300G. When I replaced my old pump with a new one two years ago, I also replaced the toggle with a push button switch. It is a very small, hardly noticeable button, mounted on the dashboard flange under the steering column. The pump is only energized while the button is pushed, thereby eliminating the possibility of the pump running unattended. It works great and makes the operation safe and foolproof.
