A local friend of mine had a 300F years ago that he modified with a 440 engine. He recently dug the 300F original block (P41 HP) out of his basement and wants to sell it. He was going to have a friend of his (not me) put it on ebay, but I asked him to wait a while so I could post it here. Anyone interested? He'd like to get $500. There is also a set of rods and a crank that goes with it if desired. This is not my item and I have no pecuniary interest in it, but my friend is not "on-line", so please respond to me PRIVATELY (jpmiklas@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and include your phone # for his use. I remember the car ran OK, but tired, when he pulled the engine. He said he disassembled the engine to make it easier to move to his basement. The block was never miced or otherwise inspected and the cylinders were not greased for storage. It is basically just a used, greasy dirty block that has been sitting since the 70s.
