Optima solves most battery problems except how they look. My son runs an Optima in his 68 Charger RT and has painted it black. His car runs very infrequently as he is a high powered exec. My 300C runs infrequently as I am a no power exec but just start it every 6 weeks. The Optima in it gets taken on our camping trips and powers the tent trailer lights for a week and still need little charging. We also use it to power our fire works booth in the evening hours before July 4 to run two 110 volt incandescent bulbs with an inverter. It lasts about 4 hours and charges swiftly. I had a 6 volt Optima in my 33 Chrysler that was hardly used at all and it always cranked the carb full of gas and then ignited even after 6 months of sitting. I cut an old 6 volt battery apart and hid the Optima in it so judges could look under the car, see a black battery case and assume correct battery....... Viva La Optima!!! ************************************** Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/ Yahoo!
