Ken and All,
  To do the job right requires 24 washers. They go on the inside and outside of each regulator arm. I just did the ones on my G and discovered a trick to get them to go on easier. Use a large tapered punch as a sizing tool. Force the washer on as far as you can, and when you remove it you can slip it on the regulator with ease.

  Hi - Anybody have 6 extra leather washers, for the window arm-to-window 
  base connection for the 57-64 cars, that they would like to sell me.

  Inc bullitin for these but it required the minimum purchase of more
