[Chrysler300] C-300 seat question

I'm want to clean up the two alum. trim bars on both sides of my front seat. Does someone have a method or trick to make them look like they were anodized? Also, is there a source for those crazy trim attachment hickeys? We used to call them Chrysler trim spiders. You know the ones you squeeze to spread the two tangs apart and then when you try to take them off, they break in your hand? Thanks, John and Nancy Peabody, Pittsburgh, Pa.
