RE: [Chrysler300] '62 Caramel Sport Conv.

Is the lack of a clear section in the top of the steering wheel another
clue? Did the Sport have a solid color steering wheel rim? I found a photo
of a caramel 300-H interior that showed the top of the steering wheel to be
clear, but tinted.

Double Whammy! Two sets of sharp eyes and in total agreement. That's a
good start in this Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.

Terry: Please note the subject appears to be closed. 1992 Sport, 'tis, and
ineligible for judging in this club. Pity, Jerry can be a riot and would
have fit right in at the Lawton meet!

But, just for clarification and edification--can the experts confirm that
the red, white & blue circular medallions on the grille and flanks of the
300 H did NOT have the little "H" on them?

Looks like a bench seat in the back to me----which would make it a sport.

Another member has commented that whether the '62 300 convertible is a
Sport
or a 300-H is an old and unresolved issue. Can anyone tell from the photo?
