Sherwood is correct - there are no duties due on American Goods  returned.  
If you are serious about importing the vehicle, contact a  customs broker and 
inquire as to the details.  Many, if not all brokers are  also freight 
forwarders, and can arrange transportation as well as customs  clearance here in the 
US.  If you have any questions, contact me off the  server.
