[Chrysler300] radials and old wheels

Every time such a discussion comes on the list, I intend to remind folks of
my experience a few years ago with old rims/new radials. I had taken the F
up to 125 mph for a short blast and got a long blast from
"She-from-whom-we-must-hide-the-invoices" about not doing that again, EVER! The next day when
caught in 5 mph freeway crawl, the left rear wheel split internally at the base
of the bead wall. The split was 4 inches long and all the air left in a big
hurry. Got my attention!!
