This appears to go way past misunderstanding. I view this as a very serious matter, and believe it should be dealt with by the club as soon as possible! I would agree that some action could be taken, considering the evidence in this one instance but we cannot have the club involved in every dispute that might arise among our members. When people do business with each other, a certain number of disputes are going to arise, and we cannot have the club become involved as arbiter in every such dispute.
