I used Trusty Transport out of Arizona to haul a 1967 Dodge this past spring
from New York to Wisconsin. They were very reasonable for open transport. I
think they are actually a broker and have various truckers leased on. So, it
may depend who you get but they also have an excellent BBB rating. They
cover all or most of the country. They advertise in Hemmings and other car
publications. If anyone can't find them and want a specific phone # or web
site, email me privately and I'll dig out my old paperwork.

forewarned--they say it'll be 2 weeks, but it may be longer before the
assign you someone to do the haul...but their price was fair (not the
cheapest and not the most expensive) and they have a good reputation.  I had
a good experience.
