It's a high-carb diet day. Perfect for carbpart panhandling. I'm hunting a pair of the round, flat sheetmetal choke delete plates mounted on the sides of our 2903's. Anyone have a pair in a parts drawer? Junkyard G1 has the correct carbs, but they'd been 'updated' with the carb-mounted choke units. I'm hoping to get the carbs looking correct again. I tried fabbing some with sheet stock, but they look bad. Really bad. Many thanks! The only difference would be in the date code (which nobody cares about in Club concours - yet! ). Jeff Carter, indeed, may be able to help you with some of the exhaust heat riser parts you mention. Finding the counterweight for the passenger side is nearly impossible - it is a mirror image of the left side unit and pretty much only used on ram cars - therefore it is very rare . Hopefully someday someone will reproduce that part. www.jcauto.com Another source of heat riser parts is Brad's NOS parts. http://www.bradsnosparts.com/ ; some years ago, I purchased some new reproduction shafts from him, as well as bushings., etc. John Hertog Sag Harbor NY _____ From: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Tomas Turovaara Sent: Wednesday, October 18, 2006 12:07 PM To: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [Chrysler300] 61 300 g Name Tomas Turovaara Address Kengisgatan 33 S-981 33 Kiruna SWEDEN Phone 46-980-14149 fax 46-980-66404 E-mail tomas.turovaara@ <mailto:tomas.turovaara%40telia.com> telia.com Hi 300 club Is there any one known where I can find parts to the heat control valve on the exhaust manifold to a 300 G I need the counterweight ,thermostatic coil, valve, stop stud and valve shaft to left and right side.
